KleerCard makes money directly from Visa so there is no cost or expense to our church and non-profit customers.
KleerCard does not manage contributions or payments to the churches.
KleerCard is 100% focused on stewarding the spending of the churches and we have customers using both KleerCard and many of the other credit card and expense management platforms.
KleerCard gives you all the controls management of a corporate credit card, including protection if a credit card is lost and does not require you to “load” the credit cards in order for them to be used. KleerCard requires much less accounting expense for management and shows your expense immediately on your web and mobile app so you do not have to wait for a statement to code expense.
Bookkeepers love to manage KleerCard because it allows bookkeepers to codes credits and debits or expenses all month long so you don’t have a big crunch at the end of the month.
Yes, KleerCard's "credit card" is not designed to be an management/accounting system. We have made connecting with other management/accounting systems like QuickBooks, Aplos, ACS, Sage and others easy and our implementation team will help set all this up with you.
